Soda Blast Cleaning

Soda Blasting is a process that can strip almost any surface in an efficient and safe manner. Depending on the task, we use different media such as Bicarbonate of Soda or other more cost effective fine grade media.

Other media mix used are a very fine blend of eco-friendly natural elements, soft abrasives, suitable for removing heavy coatings on metal, wood and brick.

For objects or surfaces that may be considered more ‘delicate ‘or “tougher” to clean, our operators are trained to adapt the process by varying the pressure and nozzles to achieve the best results.

Steam cleaning is a simple, safe and environmentally friendly method of cleaning. The basic principal is that the higher is the temperature of the water the lower is the pressure on the surface to be cleaned. In this way it is possible to carry out a gentle cleaning using a low volume of water, which will dry off within minutes, without damaging the surface. We use restrictive nozzles to increases the velocity of the water and to reach awkward parts.

Sometimes the use of chemical cleaning is necessary to remove the most persistent stains on masonry, brick or stone or simply to soften the paint. The products that we use are safe for the environment, biodegradable and user-friendly.

In order to advise you on the best product to use, we always suggest doing a test panel to assess suitability and time frames.

All chemical products are then removed with hot steam and neutralized with specific agents.

Advanced Eco blast uses the latest high pressure jet washing equipment to clean large areas such as block paving, paths, driveway, car parks, public areas and more in fast and efficient ways. Exterior ground areas can become very slippery and therefore unsafe, our jet washing system combined with the hot steam can effectively remove algae, moss, grease, oil, chewing gum etc. without the use of any detergent or chemicals.

Shot Blasting is the most conventional way to blast clean. Shot-blasting is a heavy blasting process that literally shot the abrasive elements at a very high speed to remove the unwanted elements or coating.
